I had purchased a hero sprint rx2 21 gear for 10000 and it has given a lot of problem to me. I had called the technician but each time he comes I get a bill of min 2000.it is not worth at all buying cycles from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad behaviour of staff and the owners behaviour is also to bad .Not accepting credit card below Rs.2000/-,and not even with 2 percent surcharge adding on the total amount. Lastly not giving proper money receipt ,when asked for the same telling that we give in this format but if you require it then I will try to give you one. Billing system is not full proof.overall not upto the mark.kindly think twice going into the shop. Overall not upto the mark.

They provided me a service person for bike named Md Ali. He took away the handle of bike for repair since six months and still he did not returned the parts of bike. Everytime, I call to the showroom they does not respond me but still my son's bike not repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Place to add bi-cycles from Hero company. There are variety of cycles and prices are reasonable. Kids zeep, small cycles are alsi available. Cycle lock and helmets are descent. Salea persons are courteous and helpful.

The prices offered in the name of whole sale rates are barely a few hundred less than the prices online. Would never recommend, this place - instead go for online purchase, atleast you will get quality products at decent rates, without incurring any transportation costs.
