★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been old patrons of Ms Pande and sons buying various home appliances but my recent experience has made me loose confidence. I would recommend everyone to first check prices of appliances in other shops / online and do not believe on the 'MRP' stickers or the alleged discount that the shop claims they are providing you. Even after giving me the said discount, i ended up paying about 3000 more and citing better features than online product (for the first time I had not done much research as i was in a hurry). However, on returning home I found my product is same as the ones available online. After much haggling and tension, they offered to give me 1500 back - still leaving me 1500 poorer. Now it makes me wonder how much extra I have shelled out in all the years gone by!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shop, non supportive employee, they have nothing related to pressure cooker, not even single spare part is available. They dont even have gasket. Price of products are too high, you can get same product at lower price from near by shops. Nam bade darshan chhote is the best suited statement

Bought Sun flame 4 burner ... Within 15 days leakage of Gas. We detected same otherwise major incident was there to happen...It's has been 30 days..I m complaining but without resolution.Only assurances
