★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a 10kv genset from them in July 2020. At first all things are good their representative visits my house for clearing all the things. But when the deals finalised than their original cheap game started they are claiming foul bills of extra wire extra wire holders etc. They looted us for extra Rs. 30000/- it is over and above the invoice of Genset in the name of installation.
They assured me that the Koel I green app will be synchronised to your phone on the day of commisssioning of your genset or after 2-3 days. But as of now 12 days has been completed and synchronisation has not been done by them moreover when I called their so called boss and representatives of the company they are not even bothered to pick a phone. When I tried from different phone number than they picked up call.
Totally useless, cheater & unprofessional!!!!!
