★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One if the worst gas providers in the area. Every month I have call their office and delivery person to get my gas cylinder delivered. Minimum they take 10 days to deliver cylinder after cash memo generation.
Also, their delivery person charges rs 50 extra and the office people told me they can charge so if u have problem then get your connection transferred to other dealer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way ahead compared to other cooking gas agencies in Salt Lake & adjoining areas. Well behaved, efficient and customer friendly. An example for all who adopted dirty & poor customer services for which the city is always abused by visitors and immigrants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the wrost gas service provider om this area. The supplier, Mr Swapan is a cheat. Used to take money from the subsidized gas. Illiterate people who didn't know about their rights, lost their money to him. Sells extra gas to footpath stalls and gains money from that. The delivery persons charges 50-100 rupees to deliver gases. If you pay online, then they delay the delivery. You have to call atleast 5-7 times. Will be delivered after 15-20 days. Once I paid online and meanwhile the gas price increased and they forced me to pay the extra money for the gas even though I booked before the price hike. Legal action should be taken against these bullies.
