★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure how come your company did not see the trace of money being siphoned elsewhere from Patel Neotown project (Patel Advance JV) in Noida Extension.There are several towers which are not completed and many did not even start..people have put hard earned money in their project and even after waiting for 12 years there is no hope of delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr T.P Oswal, is auditor of Patel Engg. Who is doing continuous fraud, cheating, manipulating of book of account with regard to Patel Advance JV, Neotown residential in Noida Extension. This scam has been going in with last decades 2010 & being endorsed by Mr Oswal firm as auditor. Mr Oswal is equally supporting Rupen Patel in managing his account from years. As auditor Mr Oswal, you must have raise the alarm & report to govt itself. Still if you regret the mistakes done, pls report the issues with concern Govt authority & instruct Rupen Patel to handover our flat booked in Patel Neotown, Noida in 2010.
