★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the unit booked in Gurgaon sector 65 M3m heights, a lot of promises were made, I was told that in case of any financial issue, there is an option to transfer the unit within M3M properties. I got the loan approved of 77 lacs which has been disbursed to M3M. within 3 months M3M raised the two demands which was so unusual. The further loan amount could not be sanctioned by the bank. Now I requested M3M to transfer the unit to other M3M projects like Natura, Flora or Marina in Sector 68 gurgaon, as promised, But M3M SIMPLY DENIED...GREAT WORK TO DO BY SUCH DEVELOPERS...BIG OFFICES, LEVISH AMBIENCE...and result??????
