One of the oldest temple in the village..

OMaa Ashapura Temple is 400 years old. A local person from Baladia informed me. The temple was a small one before the eathquake and was rebuilt after earthquake. The temple is really beautiful and they say that whatever your +ve/good wishes are requested to divine Mother are fully filled, this is local belief. One kalbhairav mandir is in temple courtyard. On 3 minutrs walk from temple on one side is famous "AABJI BAPA CHHATERI" AND ON THE OTHER SIDE ON BHUJ MUNDRA ROAD IS "BALADESHWAR TEMPLE" OF LORD SHIVA ON WHOSE NAME THE NAME OF VILLAGE IS BLESSED AS "BALADIA". The temple is on a small hill top. There are very big statues of LORD SHIVA, MAA PARVATHI, SRI GANESHA, SRI KARTHIKYA AND SRI HANUMANJI MAHARAJ. ONE MUST VISIT ALL THESE 3 POINTS, IF HAVE A CHANCE TO PASS ON THIS ROUTE. IF YOU WANT TO VISIT KUTCH, THIS IS VERY BEAUTIFUL POINT TO BE COVERED. SRI AABJI BAPA CHHATERI IS ON ONE BEAUTIFUL TALAB / POND WHICH IS FAMOUS AS KALI TALABRI ON WHICH AUSPICIOUS PLACE "SRI SRI SWAMINAYAN" HIMSELF HAD GIVEN DARSHAN TO DIVNE MOTHER OF SRI SRI AABJI BAPAJI AND GAVE HER BOON THAT YOU WILL BE BLESSED WITH A SON WHO WILL BE LEADING LIGHT OF LAKHS OF PEOPLE.
