★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Kalighat temple is the most important pilgrimage stop in the heart of the city. People from all over India and the world come to visit this place. There are two things which are the greatest impediment and obstacle for coming to this place. The first is the presence of the prostitutes in the vicinity of the temple area and the second is the nuisance created by the pandas. If these two things are tackled tactfully, then this place will improve immensely and yes the administration should take an extra effort to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in and around the temple vicinity, which the administration is presently not doing properly
