★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and communication. We had emergency with a burst valve on our main water supply and then a burst pipe that spewed water down our foundation and into our basement. The fix required the "underground" team to dig a channel in our driveway and then diagnose leaks in the old galvanized pipes. It was a big job but Best guided us through it and did what they said they'd do when they said they'd do it. We also had a new toilet installed by Best - the team they sent were quick and straightforward. There's a reason my husband's remodeling company uses Best. Truly great service.
