β β β β β I am a Zomato rider today i got an order at 7:40pm from machhli baba after i arrived A guy said that some items are out of stock please wait. I am Waiting outside about 55mins then he gave me the order. I loose my 55mins in one order. My one question if items are out of stock then why he accepts? Many times it's happening with me and other guys/riders

β β β β β Horrible Experience...I ordered fish batter fry...I received a really stale one ....I called the owner to inform the same but to my surprise he started blasting me as i called him Man...He got very offended and was shouting like mad guy....Hope he learns some English jargons and stop selling such food...

β β β β β If you value for your money, don't even dare to order from here. Ordered galouti kebab through Swiggy which costs a fortune. What I received was 2 small galouti kebabs of the size of a goats testicles. 0 value for money.

β β β β β Order 4 Chicken Shami Roll Through Swiggy at around 7:40PM, the delivery guy kept on waiting for almost an hour, had a word with the delivery guy he was said to wait more 20 mins even after an hour to pickup the order, I called up the restaurant where when described about the order, the person said that it will take 20 to 30mins more as it has not been prepared, a voice from the back prompted " oto tara thakle cancle kore dite bol", the guy on the call told that we are running short on staff.
If you can't prepare orders on time why do you take more orders,1st clear the orders which you already have then accept more orders,probably this way you will have better service and happy customers.

Fish batter fry was completely different from the Bengali prepration. Such a waste of money.
And the Owner speaks rudely when I complained about the food.
At the end he said, this is packaged food and the restaurant cannot help with it.

β β β β β This is a delivery/take away only outlet which partners with Swiggy. The menu is availabe on their website with price tags.
Being a Bhojohori Manna snacks outlet there is no compromise with the quality of the food. The usual popular items like fish diamond fry, fish batter fry are lipsmacking.
One good thing they have introduced is you can order the items in "ready to fry" option(you get the item raw and fry it at home) from Swiggy, which makes a lot of sense during the pandemic.

β β β β β Heard names of this place, both positive and negative and decided to try their Golden Prawn Batter Fry.
The order was via Zomato. The prawns were not large but medium in size. If you have the China Town thing in mind, you will be disappointed. However, the taste was good, the batter was prepared well and the food was served hot. Got kasundi as an accompaniment which is very essential to a Bengali if they are having fries. Will try out other dishes soon.
