★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maruti workshops have now become a mafia syndicate .they are very uncooperative and although they pretend to help you they are actually there to harass you.let me share you my ordeal.on 20th March 2021 I went to the workshop for getting an emergency service done as my power window switch was not working and consequently I could not close my windows. Before I went to the work shop I gave a call to them to get the information whether the switch was in their stock and I was informed it was in their stock.But when I reached there my agony started as I was informed that my paid service was due my job card could not be processed as per instructions given to them by maruti.i challenged them to show the copy of this malacious order which they fail to produce.i came back.this is my realisation that if you want any service from them you have to have your paid service done from this workshop.it is a synidacate running there a mafia syndicate.

All types of services are provided and repairs done.
Easy insurance claim specially for Bajaj Allianz Insurance.
All types of body work to small parts change or repair work done.
Very good work quality, but customer service is average to good depending upon your situation and luck, sometimes its very good sometimes they jusy dont care much, if you go there for 2-3 times you will understand.
The technical staff is very qualified and they give you more or less spot on advice.
Covid timings are: 9:30am till 7pm with 50% staff. So there may be delay.
Pick and drop facilities available but you will have to tell them beforehand otherwise you will not get it.
Nice sitting area is available and coffee is provided.
They take cash or card which ever preferable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service centre in Kolkata. Typical Bengali mindset people working here in a hardcore Sarkari mindset, worse than the SBI ones. They will tell you absurd quotes about spares and services, and just in case you speak of insurance claims, don't even expect a reply. The existence itself of this place is a curse and makes this world a less liveable one.
