★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a kind of Shiva temple constructed in the middle of a pond. One can pray here or can see hundreds of fish in the pond. The fishes are of different sizes. Some are small and some ― very big. There is a garden adjacent to the pond. The garden has lots of flower plants. Most of the flowers are common here. Moreover, one will find mango trees here. In the evening, the place is normally crowded.
If you belong to a city like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc, you may find this place average. But for the people who come from a small place, they enjoy this place.
To me, it's average.

There's many big size fishes in the river of this Temple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to visit with kids. There's one centrally placed Bholenath temple surrounded with water from all sides. The water pond has umpteen Rohu and Katla fishes. Small to quite big ones of around 10kgs. They sell "atta" as fish food for 10Rs which kids can throw in water. There are also small turtles. Green playground is currently closed so there's not much that you can do. Still its a nice place to visit if you are in Munger . Kids will sure love it. Place is cleanly maintained so that's nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goenka Shivalaya, also known as the Machli Talab, is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. This shrine is constructed amidst a huge water tank, which is filled with fish. It is connected to the town with a bridge road made of white marble. There is a beautiful garden surrounding the temple, adorned with several flowers and trees.???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basically this is a temple of lord shiva in centre of the pond which is beautifully constructed. Sometimes you might see large number of fishes and turtles. There is no fee or ticketing system to enter. One can visit anytime but i will suggest to visit in the evening. All around the pond there is a pathway and around it flowering plants are surrounded which enhances the beauty.
