They will keep harassing you for more and more money over and above the initially decided upon amount and leave your project midway.
An epitome of Unprofessionality when it comes to the services, they even stopped picking our calls.
If you love your property and want to save yourself from the extreme mental and monetary harassment, I would highly recommend you to not hire these people.
