service was exorbitantly poor....
it was hot like a furnace....
told the waiter to switch on the a.c. to which he fluently lied that the a.c. were at minimum temperature though I could see the a.c. was on stand by mode....
secondly only 2 people were handling 5 tables...
for each order placed time for delivering the food was 45 mins each...
on which they charged 5 % service charge...
after that the icing on the cake was that the waiter flatly rudely and arrogantly refused to take payment through dine out as I was getting a discount on dine out which they didn't agree to...
how can they cheat customer to this extent...
when they want to advertise on dine out and not give discount of dine out....'
truly I felt cheated...
and I lost around 2500 as my bill came around 8000 and I was getting a discount of around 2500 which they cheated me and didn't allow me to take....
I hope dine out reads my post and takes action on the same...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the whole place to ourselves as we reached a bit early in the evening and simply loved the ambience. The music - soft rock that was playing was really giving a Goa like feel and the friendly nature of the sole person working that early, really made us feel welcomed. The food we ordered was lip smacking and finger licking good and came with prompt service and free smiles from the staff.
Had the best 2 hours of my evening in a very long time and this sure will get etched as a great memory in my mind. Will surely visit every time I am in Pune again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nope. I did not enjoy the steak. It was not cooked properly. The captain did not pay attention to not serving some items though requested. Service could be more customer focused rather than pushed on the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with a couple of friends andI had the BBQ sauce Grill , It was good. My friend had Peri Peri which was not good & tasted like tomato purée . Another friend had mix grill with beef & chicken - that was good !!! Do try the BBQ Grill & Tiramisu . !! Tiramisu is top good here !!
Interior has a vintagey , chick & cozy vibe . Small space , no valet . Fries were nice n crispy . Rice could’ve had more flavour .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been visiting this place from last 11 years and the most impressive thing about this place is that they still serve the SAME menue. The food taste and quality too is still the same and visiting this place fills me with nostalgia ?
There food is excellent but some of my personal favorites are Peri Peri Chicken/Fish, Garlic Chicken and Grilled Prawns in White Wine Sauce.
The tomato soup is very Italian and tastes amazing too. It is a small place but a great one!
If you are in KP and want to have a quiet lunch or dinner, this place would be perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celebrated dear Friends Birthday at the Mad house Grill. Overall wonderful experience and the staff were attentive and service was quick . The place on Saturday was full. The first floor area was not operational so entrance and first ground floor seating options are available. Beef and Chicken Steak Burgers were delicious and must try.

Washroom: available and clean
Experience: True to its legendary status, it's a wonderful place to visit with just the right touch of flavours which are identifiable. Each and every dish has a unique flavour. We tried buff, chicken and fish madhouse special all were mouth watering and good to experience. This is not a buzzing place but is seriously a tickle to tastebuds.
