β β β β β Alert ? Very Bed service and behaviour by madaan pen . I ordered pen and they supply to much short quantity .apart from all staff was deined to accept there short quantity . Attitude of the owner is very bad . At the end this company is not trustable for work. ..

β β β β β I have purchase pens. But i have received short qty. I don't believe so i was call his landline as tell about it. He say get your balance pen. But when i reached here they are charges pen amount & not good responding me. So please if you going here so check first your qty.

First he made a mistake in the printing. I had ordered 2 types of pen. The plastic ones were supposed to have company name and website and the metal ones only company name. He printed website on metal also. He didn't give any explanation so I had to accept it anyways. Payment had been done. (Screenshot attached)
Then he sent the wrong case for the metal pens. (Screenshot attached)
Later after we started distributing the pens, we started getting complains that the plastic pen's tip (due to poor glue) is coming off. Making the pen useless. This was a big problem as the money spent of plastic pens was a waste. Now with this problem, the owner (Mr. Madaan) stopped taking our calls. Samples did not have any such problem. Plus it was very very embarrassing in front of my clients. I am sure my competitor used it to mock me too.

And I had to really chase him a lot due to delayed delivery.
I wouldn't recommend this company.
