I came there with my family and your staff talked rudely with us when objected your bouncers came and started misbehaving with us.
STOP MAKING UNNECESSARY STORIES AND ACCEPT YOUR MISTAKE.
I have never seen any family restaurant who hires bouncers probably you have hired them for all this.
First of all learn manners to speak and second you clearly don't know the matter or must be talking about some other incident which your goons did with any other customer.
You have hired bouncers/goons because you cannot withstand complaints from customers. Whenever someone tries to take stand you guys start abusing them and also clearly shows in your attitude aswell.

We had a small event here ring ceremony but the services given was not up to the mark. Maybe due to the sufficient space inside. Overall it was an average experience.
People might think before hosting a event here.

Sweets are excellent ,
dine in food quality is good but can be improved by keeping all thing in tidy and immaculate & warm to serve conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is very well maintained and have many types of sweets and in its food taste it deserves 5 stars. But the waiting we have to suffer from is very devestating as many time the dish take much time to be served (excluding pre-made Indian sweets). The menu has generally found cuisine like Italian pasta and Chinese food. This restaurant offers space for parties and get together. One downfall in my opinion is the self service in this restaurant. Otherwise it's all good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is just awesome but the staff especially the guy who takes home delivery orders is really rude. He even ignores your call after picking up the phone. I think the management should look into this. Staff members who are dealing with customers directly should have some manners on how to deal. The food is really good but this things ruins the whole experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is bad and too oily, quantity is 1/3 of what you get in any good quality restaurant. No service, makes it impossible to order for 5+ people, and then stand in queue to get order. How is one supposed to enjoy their time with family? Bad experience. Not going again!

So the owner in their reply expects that we should have a bad experience at their restaurant and criticize other outlets. Very classy !! Bravo! Learn to take criticism and act on it towards betterment of your business. Oh sorry but your business is going good, customer experience won't matter.
