β β β β β Worst Eye Hospital ever, they have such a bad service, rude staff and keeps you waiting for hours, there is no coordination between the staff and no proprer way of working. I did not wanted to give even one star but I have to to post this, I would not recommend this to anyone and especially to senior citizens.
Also where are the doctors? I have hardly seen any doctors here, the staff is doing everything on there own and you would only see a doctor when there is anything serious, also the doctore are not coming on time, maybe because they are just part-time, Only show off and rude behaviour nothing eles

β β β β β As Yesterday I had a very bad experience in this Hospital, It is neat and clean well maintained the building that's all, administration is totally dis organise, As yesterday I went with one of my friend, only have to take injection, it's a 30 mins job maximum, but i was there for 6 hours for the small thing. As I observed they counselors and people working there have no value of time of patient and there who take them. For registration and check patient have to make up and down for many times. As already a patient is suffering from eye ,not able yo see properly after that also have to go here and there.
Now I'm telling you my Yesterday's experience, I was there for injection to one of my friend's eye , we have to stay there for 6 hours, and they admitted the patient and given me there mobile and all accessories, I was sitter there for 2 hours first buy no news regarding my patient ,then I asked the receptionist said sir it's going on, then after 4 hours I asked what happened still there is no news about my patient who is just came for injection, then when that receptionist confirm from the OT department then she came to know that still no process is carried on patient ,then I went to there Adminiatrator Mrs. Shyamla Mam, then she cooperate us . after that just within 30 mins we got release from there, Only Show Off, maybe all doctors team is good but if this kind of adminiatration how can person visit second time. It's only neat and clean but it's treatment is just like Govt Hospital, why person came to private for saving his time and for good treatment.
Sorry to say but I was shocked, if we have this good infrastructure and these kind of people working in there staff, how will person could visit again and again and how we will tell them to Visit there for eye queries
Thanks
A Commom Man

β β β β β Since I liked the cause in formation of this hospital, I am working there in the trust office at least for five hours a day. This institution offers free eye surgery for BPL certificate holders... However some cost has to be borned by the patient about the I. V. and other surgical requirements.... Many a times, the staff of the hospital are sharing the requirements considering the condition of the patient... All the workers here are doing their allotted job as social workers... Those who have any doubts, should visit the hospital once and I am sure that they on their own will donate their participation towards this social cause....

β β β β β Madhav Netralaya offers great eye care facility in Nagpur. The doctors and staff are very dedicated and well behaved. The hospital itself has all the latest equipment in eye care and patients are well taken care of. It has high standards of cleanliness and comfortable waiting rooms for patients and also has a small cafeteria and medical store and clean washrooms

β β β β β What a hospital.Feels like getting treated in a foreign country.what a hospitality.
You will be welcomed by a old aged senior citizen with a million dollar smile and he will guide you with registration process.Registration process will require your personal details like name Address date of birth gender mobile number etc.once registration is done you will be guided to payment counter.once payment done you will directed to opd for check up.
Fee structure is very affordable as compared to other hospital with such clean infrastructure.I will strongly recommend this hospital for treatment.
Staff very well trained and co-operative.ample parking space.

β β β β β I was -3.5 myopia/nearsighted, I love playing sports, workout and wearing shades, and I would need to wear contacts or manage with glasses/specs. After reading about eye sight correction surgeries, I decided to get it done.
I live in the US and trusted the system and the process here, buy I also wanted to be at a place with my family so that the recovery time is easy. So I decided to get this done at Madhav Netralaya during my last visit to India. My papa contacted and collected information about many eye hospitals and we narrowed down to this one based on the people, advanced equipment, and cleanliness here. And I can say that was the best decision for my eyes!
The process is simple, a day before surgery, get all the standard processes and tests done. On the day of the surgery, they review the eye sight - this step is crucial. Be calm and relaxed and take your time. The power assigned here is the final power used for the surgery. And then they perform the surgery. I got the Femto LASIK done. The actual surgery takes only 10-20min. The surgery theater is extremely clean and hygienic. The cost is the best you can get anywhere in India probably, because this advanced machine was donated to the hospital, otherwise it is extremely costly to buy. And Dr. Jeswani is amazing. He understands how important eyes are for anyone and made sure I feel comfortable at each step in the process and answered all my questions.
My eyesight has been great from the day 1, but with each passing day, I feel even more comfortable. One side effect of Femto LASIK is seeing rainbow hallows around bright light sources, and that has been gradually reducing. I think it'll be permanently gone very soon, but it is so mild and rare to notice that I don't mind it anymore. There is no way to quantify the recovery, but I would say the first 6 hours are the hardest because of the discomfort and pain. But after that the clarity and comfort is 80%. By day 3, it's 90%. By week 1, 95%. By week 4, 98%. By week 12, 99%. Make sure to take extreme care in the first 48 hours, and great care for 2 to 4 weeks.
If your power is up to -10 and considering getting rid of glasses, I highly recommend this facility, Dr Jeswani, and Femto LASIK surgery. It's a permanent correction and stays good for many many years until the aging effect kicks in, which will happen for everyone anyway, with which you might get some + power for reading. But for now, I totally love the feeling of seeing crystal clear everyday!
