Buses available form here are for some significant places like Purnia, Patna, Bhagalpur, Saharsa, Delhi, etc. but the public conveniences isn't available here or organised well. The worst experience ever. Overall below the average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very crowded in the evening when passenger come for boarding however other time less crowd but roads are always busy due to bad traffic. You can get some quick bite here any time ,but not good hotels.
In madhepura you don't have options to get good facilities and services, you have to be ok whatever you get.Any new bus stop is also starting so you may expect something good in near future.you can get busses to all main connecting major long route busses to Delhi patna,Kolkata from here. But check the time with before coming.
