★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless printing, guys please don't go here , they charge you a bomb and don't even have the curtousy to respond to you , they have printed in gold on top of a gold sheet , the letters are barely visible , such a waste of money.they just block your number if you go with them for any concerns...they had charged for folding and packing but only few on top are packed ..they have kept all open sheets in the bottom and I had to do it myself. Worst experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wedding is such an important event of one’s life and wedding card represents the elegance of the upcoming affair. It has to be special and memorable. After a lot of search, I finally found the ideal wedding card which I would have liked to distribute.Unfortunately the vendor was in Kerala and they needed 3 weeks time while I was running short of time. So I thought of finding a local printer in Bangalore who could do the same card for me. I went to Sultanpet- the hub for wedding cards. All the shops denied to my version of the card as they didn’t have the template. But when I approached Madhu prints, they said we could make this work and I was really elated. I was asked to come a week later, when I reached it wasn’t done and it seems in a weeks time the person who handled my order had ran away. He didn’t ofcourse give a handover and I had to tell the new person (Mr. Pradeep) my specifications once again. *When I came to pick my card , I literally broke into tears, firstly the envelope colour didn’t match to the card, secondly the material used for card & the cover were different. It was no where close to what I had in my mind. *
However, they kept on claiming it matches to my specifications perfectly and that I should understand that colours will change while printing.I asked them to redo and few days later I went to pick the cards. This time the owner Mr. Pradeep said that he’s tired of doing my cards and has wasted a lot of his time, material and resources. He gave another bundle with a better match and asked me to leave. He just wanted to get rid of me ! Not to mention, I had to pay a lot more than I thought and got nothing but pure disappointment. *I just want to let them know if they can’t deliver something, they should be vocal and straight forward about it instead of playing with sentiments.*
Seeing my plight, my husband ordered the cards from the same designer (Jayaram cards,Kochi)in Kerala. Even though he got them just two weeks before our wedding, but the compliments we got for them were terrific!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never visit and suggest "Madhu Prints" to anyone because the primary business of Madhu Prints is to cheat customer rather than selling cards and invitations.
You can also witness this based on the bad experience of many customers and their reviews given here.
To sum up, Madhu Prints is infamous for poor customer service, unprofessionalism, non responsiveness, and unreliability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review with Pain.. I writing this review coz I don't want anyone to ruin there special occasion. one of my worst experience of all time.
I visited their shop, travelled all the way from Hosur to Bangalore and i paid for 800 cards and envelop and additional courier charges for envelop delivery on (12-december). After reaching home and when i counted it was only 727. Then I informed him that there is only 727 and i did not ask for refund either. (kurnal) said that he will deliver the envelops the next day, however he did not deliver it. I kept on following up for 3 weeks. he kept on telling reasons like he is not well and his car met with an accident. I trusted him and waited for nearly 18 days. then one day I lost my patience and called him nearly 10 times no answer. and then i called to his shop and said the same. but same delay from them as well. Too Arrogant response.
now it's 20 days, not delivered yet. bought another set of invitations coz I don't feel like to use their invitations.
New lesson, not to trust strangers. Never fall for their sweet word.
Time and Money wasted.
