Walk distance to Ram Mandir and Sai Baba Temple. Society has a small garden children play area and GYM. Space around building is beautifully lit up with lights and decorated with small plants. Generals stores, Medical shops, Hotels, Dairy are just 1 minute distance from Madhu Vasant Society. Milk shop is just on the gate. Beautifully white and grey coloured building. Maharashtrian and Gujarati Mix crowd. Price in building are 2.11cr for 1bhk. It is beautiful entrance loby. 24hrs security available. Enough parking space. Peaceful locality. Big Garden is just 5 minutes walking from Madhu Vasant Society. Auto rickshaw stand is also 1 minute away. Cost is on the higher side as compare to other project due its location build quality and amenities. Building is exactly below flight path. You can see airplanes flying above your head. I just stay in the next building. Its pleasing to see this beautiful building from my window. I wish to have one flat in this building. The passage area outside flat is little narrow. Pleasing suset can be seen from top floors.
