Ordered soup they did not provide any noodles or sauses with it as it seem tasteless, Chicken tikka masala specifically highlighted that u want it spicy but still food was sweet and saltless.even I can cook such tasteless food at home but you don't see me charging exorbitant for it.The food didn't feel good in stomach as well on the way back home.
Will never go and will not recommend this place.

Hated it. Food? I'd have tasted it if my taste buds weren't turned off by the horrible, worthless excuse for a fine dine service. You're better off avoiding this restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service has diminished to a roadside restaurant. The restaurant this size should have the salt and pepper shakers as well as tissue papers on every table, but that was not the case, we had to ask for salt as the dish we ordered was bland. The soup was given with normal table spoons. The cleanliness was an issue as there were roti crumbs on the sofa we sat on and on the table we ate on from the previous customer i guess. A restaurant this size can do a whole lot better than this. I might change my review if somehow Madhuban Kaleidoscope increases it's quality. But as of now, this restaurant is on a downhill.

the serving staff were good in behaviour, we order chicken man-chow soup that was good in taste & masala papad also the taste was not upto the mark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Poor Poor...Poorest of the restaurant in Aurangabad. Spoiling the name of the city. Spent an amount of 6000 for a meal of 4 people. Pathetic service and lowest grade of food. Manager including the staff is drunk on duty and of asked for service, they demonstrate favour. They display the board of Little Italy and while ordering the captain says we don't have Italian Chef. So kindly be informed about the situation and services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even cockroaches are allowed to dine here . No discrimination ?? . Waste of money as well as time . Staff is very unprofessional they don’t even have idea how to serve as well . When I’ve pointed out cockroach in my plate one of their staff picked it up from my plate . ????????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celebrated my nephews 1st birthday party on the lawns here. We had limited guests because of covid restrictions. The overall experience was good considering the pure veg options we had selected and the staff being helpful as well. The space was large enough for children to have a good time along with others. Improvements needed: The trampoline and swing for children needed maintenance else it can be injurious.
