★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital is not so good. Patients are less but they are taking much time in doing scans and they are attending the patients as per their convenience.
Hospital staffs are very much non cooperative and the pharmacy system does not have the efficient procedure of billing. Staffs are also unresponsive if you ask something. They will just pass time and send you to other place.
I came here with reference to one of the gynecologist in panipat even then they were so much unsupportive.
Will never come to this place again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much poor service and with the staff as well staff they don't have ability how to coperate with customer, staff behaviour is too embarrassing and too much dirty hospital in panipat.
If there is option to give ratings in negative i will give -10 in rating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Mita n Dr Madhusudan are really very appreciable. Mita Mam is very experienced and supportive and attend the patients very well. I can trust her blindly for all my tests and always prefer Madhumita hospital for all my checkups. The best thing is they are strict about mask so that no one will get infected with such a hazardous disease like corona. I am really very thankful to Mam n Sir for all their guidance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here for Ultrasound at 9:45. Receptionist did not inform us that the doctor would come at 11. We got to know about it once we came in basement after registration. Doctor came at 11 and we thought now Ultrasound would not take that much time. We patiently waited for our turn, though our number was first. They care for mask but does not care about basic hygene i.e. drinking water and washrooms. Third class service in customer handling and management. I will not recommend this hospital to anyone. They charge fees of higher standard but service is third class. Staff starts working only after Doctor comes. It is not right.
