Very pathetic, if they don't have service then why to accept the courier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This courier company and specially this sarangpur ahmedabad branch my worst experienced courier services company i ever had very unprofessional staff use slang language my company pay for door delievery but this branch staff refuse to door delievery so i went the branch i request to staff for help because parcel was heavy but no one touch that parcel so me and my driver lift that parcel and intrested think office is in under ground stairs is in very dangouras conditions and also parcel condition was very poor condition all parcel cover with oil so my clothes were so dirt over all I will not even use this company name again in my life and neither my family family do

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service. I have never ever saw such kind of courier service,if there would have been any star rating below 1 then I would give that star. Instead of going these kind of courier services I prefer Blue dart over them.please ask before delivering any product to anywhere if they have facility to delivery that product to its exact location. To collect my courier I have to visit their office for more than 20 kilometres because they denied to deliver the product says we don't have our services to that location,now I have no faith in Madhur courier services.
