Very poor service. It took 5 days in sending document from Nadiad (Gujarat) to Udaipur (Rajasthan). Further the delivery was not made at address, I had to take the same from ‘Madhur’ office 7 KMS away from my home.

They ask us to come to their office to collect the parcel most of the time and threaten us to return till evening as they don't have courier boy and they can't keep the parcel for more than 24 hours. I regretted having their service. Not professional and gives only headache availing them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST SERVICES, THEY WON'T DELIVER YOUR PARCEL TO YOUR HOUSE, WON'T LISTEN TO YOU AND KEEP ON SHOUTING ON CALL, AND ASK YOU TO COLLECT THE PARCEL YOURSELF INSTEAD. GUYZ IF YOU CAN'T FREAKING DELIVER THE PARCEL, DON'T TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO DELIVER IT. My mother called at 3:00 p.m. in Udaipur Court Chouraha Office on 4th Sept, 2021, call was received by a drunken man, didn't let my mother speak instead shouted and howled at her. WORST COURIER AGENCY EVER!!! SHUT THE FRAUD YOU GUYZ ARE CARRYING ON!!

After my constant calls and request for 3 days now also I don't have any idea when parcel will reach. Person name Rajesh Patel who is responsible for answering calls and customer support is highly unprofessional. And no surprise as madhur courier itself has no customer care or complaint number/email mentioned on website ... In short this is rambharose

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier company. They delivered the product after 15 days that too damaged. Although they accepted their fault of damaging the product because of available proof(photos) but not ready to compensate. Extremely unprofessional. Will cut your calls and no response to messages. Better to avoid them and opt for other services that courier product safely.
