★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very spoiled services now, parcels are getting misplaced, keeping parcel in Head Office for 2,3 days. No delivery on time. Nor answering to calls. Very bad service now a days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Services ever, they will tell you they can deliver on particular location but after 1-2 week you will get to know that it’s not been delivered because of unserviceable location. ALSO THEY WILL NOT INFORM YOU ABOUT THIS ONLY YOU HAVE TO GO ON THEIR WEBSITE OR CAN HUNDRED TIMES THEN ONLY THEY WILL REPLY.
PLEASE TAKE ANOTHER COURIER SERVICES BUT NOT THIS ONE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unprofessional courier service I ever encountered in my recent years. A courier was dispatched for Gwalior. The courier arrived on 24 Jul at Gwalior. The company never bothered to deliver the same at my location and today that is on 26 Jul I found on tracker that it has been sent back to consignee station.
I wish I could rate it negative but Google doesn't have option for same. Please refrain from booking wih Madhur Courier service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service does not deserve even a single star. Booked a parcel on 17/07/2021 for Delhi, its undelivered till the time of writing this review on 26/07/2021. No tracking details are available, no one is willing to take any responsibility, some random person keeps giving an assurance that it will be delivered from last seven days. WORST COURIER
