★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is has been nothing like customer service in madhur courier i gave one parcel as on 8 november 2017 for nagpur as today i am writing this comment on 21 november 2017 has not yet reached the destination, when enquired for same their was a reply from nagpur branch that it was lying there from week but being a courier company they dint took trouble to deliver to destination rather stated that come and collect from branch, we wont deliver it to your place, DO WHATEVER U CAN these were the specific lines the person at branch. I strickly wont recomment this courier service as they are not providing service rather harrasing people to get their own goods above all we pay for their service, its horrible experience if you want your parcel to be reached safely go for some safe hounest and customer oriented courier service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super third class service. They accept courier but didn't deliver at destination, and return it without even reached at receiver's home. At least they call for before returning it. Such a pathetic service. I have to tell receiver to collect his parcel to destination's Madhur Courier point which is almost 20KM far from his house in Ahmedabad. I will not send anything from Madhur courier in future.

Not even bother to call back if you follow up. Don't trust them. I stuck with my money and parcel loss.
