★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst courier service in the world. I had booked a 4.5 kg courier with them to be delivered from Ujjain to Hyderabad on 6 Oct 2012, Saturday. As per the commitment by the collection agency, this courier was supposed to be delivered by Wednesday. Did not reach the party till 10 days of Booking and when enquired, the company people where pointing fingers at one another, not taking my calls. Nightmerish experience. They charged me a lot of money for the courier but gave very poor service.
