★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The prices are way too much and the sweets and farsan sold by them is of very very low quality , I had taken white barfi from them which was very stale and full of only sugar . The counter person was so arrogant he weighed the sweet in a box and added the weight of box too while totalling the amount. You can see the pic I have attached. Please avoid this shop all the time. They even sell mangoes in decorative boxes just to cheat the customer for exorbitant prices , market price for mangoes in current date is 500-600 per dozen and they sell @ 1300 a dozen . See the difference for urself.

From COVID period they have started home delivery thru Swiggy/Zomato. Prices are slightly on a higher side.

I made payment of Rs 795 via Google pay, and got a tick of. Payment. I had to rush to catch a train. Hence I informed him that payment is made. I left and he called me back and asked me arrogantly, why are you in such a hurry. Do you have any problem? did you confirm whether payment is received or not??
I could have insulted him for disrespectful behaviour but who will waste time??
As such he can install Gpay machine with speaker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good quality sweets(kalakand,motichoor,cham cham,milk cake etc.), average quality khaman dhokla. Price much higher when compared to shops like Adarsh(located beside it) with almost similar or better quality stuff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The samosa here is pretty good.. though for some starnge a single somasa is not sold.. it can be troublesome for people with less appetite..
The mix farsan is also nice.. like the packaging just wondering if less plastic can be used..
Had rasmalai and malai Kosar pedha, the rasmalai was very good.. not extremely sweet which I prefer...
The pedha was good but rasmalai seemed better for me.

I remember the same taste of Samosa from my childhood from this Shop is still maintained after 2 decades.
Staff is also polite.
Next generation of Madhuram sweets is on billing counter now a days and they are very courteous. Love this premium Shop sweets and Farsan From childhood.
You can get most of the items without onion and garlic.
Yes of course this is a premium Shop so everyone can't afford their prices but every Borivali resident has secret will of buying sweets from this Shop once in life even if they can't afford.
They have gained trust of people since so many years.
They are now Brand name in Borivali.
In this situation also they have well maintained hygiene as always.
Love this Shop since my childhood and have a sweet corner in my heart about this Shop.
Please do start Home delivery of your products, we will be more happy.

Dont understand "CUSTOMER SERVICE", absolutely arrogant, rude and feel that customer is at their mercy.. Seems like when you grow.. you loose your humbleness and get rights to Insult others, especially the people at front desk..
