★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service from Madhuram Travels. Was travelling from Keshod [JND] to Ahmedabad [AHM] on 10/Mar/20 [Yesterday]. Had to face heavy traffic as it was the last day of 4 days continuous holidays for many. They however had issued an extra fleet and served us but the Driver was very rude and was denying the Refreshment Break. Ladies especially had to suffer a lot. We had to have a fight with him for this and then also he took a break where washroom was there but even couldn't have a cup of tea for a small refreshment.
Owners will never respond to this review. I will avoid this agency further.

They are saying time schedule and bus is dealt by 2 hours.
TV is given but working.
Sleeper coach are not clean.
Worst bus service I have faced ever.
Never travel in this bus.
They said conductor will call you for bus pick but I have to call 5 times then they replied.
Minus ? are available then want to give minus -5 ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was traveling by AC bus of Madhuram for Junagadh. At midnight one dumper hit the bus suddenly. Bus driver was totally innocent and he was on his right way. Due to sudden accident bus was on devider of the road but I appreciate the driver who had controlled the bus during that situation. He was successful to save all passengers. There was not a single damage to the passengers. I also appreciate their Management. They provided fully support to their passengers. They provided crossing bus on the spot to all passengers. I was not only saved my self but also was intime at my destination. Thanks to skilled and dedicated driver and active management.

Tgey behave like they are doing some charity.
Accepting booking at 7.45pm for 7.50pm bus doesn't want to wait 10 minutes and because you have already paid they will ask you to follow bus 20kms far from ypur pick up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ " Pathetic experience " I had booked ticket from Madhuram Travels, Ahmedabad on 27th October 21 to go Mangrol on 3rd November 21 night. Unfortunately i had to cancel the tickets due to some family situation , but travels company said they will not give refund any amount. ( As per policy we can cancel the ticket Less than 12 hours from the station departure time : 100% or between 12 hours to 24 hours from the station departure time: 10% refund amount can be given to customers. )
