Horrible experience,only one waiter was provided in AC Family restaurant.
Did not provide things asked for and then overcharged in bill for items not ordered and not served,this incident happened thrice during family time of various customers.
At last ,staff repeatedly and without any shame asking for tips for this ruined family time..
Go to this restaurant on your own risk.

2. Very limited breakfast. Only chinese and bread whin we visited on 21 st march 22 at around 10 am.
3 Tea was also not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the years Infrastructure has improved a lot with attraction like kids corner, fountain, open and ac dine etc but food quality has gone done & is just average. Service is super fast...your order is on your table within a blink of your eye.. starters like chilli chicken & crispy babycorn were good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service, I am visiting here since last 26 years. From last 1 year, its service is very bad, behaviour of staff is just like road side mawalis, similar to years back patna bus stand, where bus staff runs with you luggae and puses you to different buses.
Taste of food is similar to Bakwas, pathetic, bonsence. I beleive, professional cooks are repLced with, helpers who earlier used to cut vegetables are now chief.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very good. There are indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. The open open area is large and there is plenty space. Children can play around.
The theme is good and the place looks beautiful. The food quality is also very good, we had tried starters.
Overall it's a good place in the outskirts of Ranchi and you can plan family gateway sometimes over here.
