★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is another place where no work is done except collecting bills. The people sitting at the so called help-desk do not help in anything except pointing out to somebody who will take money from the customers and make you visit the office repeatedly. I have applied for meter shifting, made the payment. 2 months gone. No updates. When I call the Customer Care, they ask me to visit the office and clarify !! These offices are outdated. Their process of work is outdated. The people working over there have the same old reluctant attitude towards their job. You will not find any official person to approach for any issue, but will be pointed out to an agent and still your work will not get done !! I have been dealing with this office for more than 20 years. Only the process of payment collection and bill related information provision has improved. Places like this force people to believe that the Government employees do not have willingness to work. This place is pathetic !!!
