Madpur railway station is very neat and clean, every local train and most of the passenger trains stop here. NH6 which connects Kolkata- kgp- Mumbai runs through madpur. Every bus stops at madpur bus stop. But what makes madpur most famous is the famous MANASA MATA MANDIR. Apart from People of whole West Bengal people from different places of India visit here to worship mother Manasa. It's said that many of the wishes of the devotees have been fulfilled by the blessing of mother Manasa. Their are many folklores behind the establishment of the temple... So if you are free visit madpur and Manasa Mandir... You'll love it
