★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this tailor in Mumbai and was thoroughly impressed. For starters, the shop isn’t like other shops I came across in Mumbai. Most of them have a bland decor that isn’t necessarily inviting. You typically walk in and they immediately start trying to sell you. This shop was different. I walked into the office space which had no fabrics in sight. I was first offered a drink then they proceeded to ask what brought me in. It wasn’t till after I shared that they brought out cloth samples to take a look at. They then walked me through the process of measurements and asked if I had any particular custom design cues I was interested in. Nothing about the process felt rushed or forced like it did when I went elsewhere. The end product was also very much to my liking as they met all requests made to the design. All in all the experience was thorough and customer oriented which seems rare there. I was pleased and will certainly find my way back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience here. We got my husband fitted for a suit and a couple of shirts. The whole experience was seamless and enjoyable. They guided me on the fabrics, fit and style. Incredibly impressed with the quality and would definitely be coming back for some more!
