★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have visited this salon 3-4 times and was not satisfied with result of facial and later complaint about it. Upon multiple request by staff n salon manager I gave it a try again and in result my face is filled with rashes possibly due to bleach applied for longer than required time.
As a professional they should have tried to cure the rash at the very same time but no such action was taken.
I notice these rashes later once I was back as is now struggling to cure them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not recommend this because they do not listen to you whatever you say. They suggest you everything opposite of what you say. I went for the first time for hair cut and waxing , the hair cut was bad the person did not listen and he cut according to himself.

O went for hairstyle but the woman that was attending me doest even knew how to put hair extensions properly, my hairstyle was ruined because of the same and now i have to style on my own at my house. The curls didn’t even turned up in the salon only and she again did it on my request again it was not good . I will not at all recommend this place ! And not even go there again !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to get just a haircut yesterday and it was my first time visiting the salon. I asked for layers and side bangs. Firstly inspite of there being many empty seats next to me, the staff kept my bag on the floor while shampooing my hair. Which was very unprofessional. He also was super duper rough with my hair. So a big NO for that.
During the haircut, Mr. Nadeem kept pushing a protein and olaplex treatment for my dry, thin, damaged hair and so did the owner/manager Ms.Saloni(I could be remembering the names wrong). I thought to try it out. I was told it would take 45 minutes for everything to be done. During the process I was offered water/ tea/coffee, which was great. The treatment took longer than 2 hours! And he kept pushing me to buy another serum worth 1300,which I didn't. But I all in all am pretty impressed with the results of the 2 products used.
What is horrendous though is the haircut. I specifically told him multiple times that I have a hard time growing out my hair, so plz dont cut the lengths. I went in with hair upto my mid back but he chopped off more than 3-4 inches off my length and left me with hair that's a little bit longer than my shoulders and extremely choppy / ragged looking. Him as well as the blow dry lady also pulled my hair so much that I was almost crying in pain. I have never seen people this aggressive with a client's hair and this enthusiastic with a pair of scissors. He was cutting off literally everything he could in large chunks.
What is the point of paying money for a PROTEIN treatment to soften and repair hair lengths, when you will chop off everything in the end!? I don't think these people are trained well.
And given that I paid Rs 3500 for all this, I would never go here for anything again. I suggest neither does anyone else.
SAVE YOUR MONEY.
(Side note, nobody was properly wearing masks or using sanitization products either)
