★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whirlpool top load washing machine drum wasn't rotating. Whirlpool service centre guy said PCB is defective and will cost 5300 rs. I contacted magical services for second opinion after reading reviews on Google. They simply replaced capacitor and costed me just Rs.700. pcb was fine. Thank you magical services for your professional service. I have now become your customer and will never contact Whirlpool again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shoheb resolved washing machine issue effectively with good understanding of the exact problem. Checked at Whirlpool service center and Urban clap they were blindly telling the expense of 6k plus without proper check of root cause. Since, shoheb was able to understand it was just Capacitor and belt issue instead of Motor gear fault or suspension fault

Prior to contact them, enquired with couple of other folks and all of them suggested a major expense in repairing the machine, It lead to think me buying a new one but thought to try their services and it was a right decision. they not only repaired it quite well but also charged reasonable price.
