After every process like inspection , documents etc etc , they are not giving me the insurance policy.
They have taken full payment in advance also.!
today is 18th day and i still not have my new policy.. i am very upset with this thing..
And i am also not happy with the mail service of this company. I get response in 2-3 days.
They take 2-3 days for just a response , which is not normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am having policy for past three years with no claim. My car was under company lease, there after to change policy to my name, after submitting all documents also, it never happened so far with 3 weeks of follow up. They will ask for additional information after one week of submission. Till date no technical person explained the process. I will strongly recommend not to go with Magma. Next year, I will change my insurance company. Really frustrating and disgusting company to deal with. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Till now I have not faced any issue on my car insurance. Chosen my car insurance from Magma HDI because it's provided by the Dealer. Everything is fine with the policy. One time I claimed and my experience was very good and they processed the claim on time. Settlement my claim very first. Thank you Magma HDI Team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience ever. They don’t even deserve a single star. Its been more than 2 months now and they are still not able to decide whether to repair the car or to keep it in total loss condition. I recommend not to take Magma HDI policy, there are other companies which can give you better customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bhai saab Hath jod kr request h Sasta k chakar m mt Faso kisi ache se company se Lolo insurance. Wrost experience No claim Settlement and after 1.5 month they say you claim is cancel everything month they provided tha clearance letter and pressurise me to widhraw you claim
