★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good environment in the Office area. Parking plot is huge and Garden in the area is well managed. Good facility commercial corporate near to sg highway. Gret place for Office work. Each corporate office faces the central garden that sprawls across 52,500 sq. ft. and is also a vehicle free zone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place for the people who want to visit graffiti tiles Design head quarter specially Architect and builder or tile dealer who wants to see very nice designer and value added tiles. Graffiti show room is located inside of the building block no 20.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a spacious well planned corporate park with big open green space in the centre. One thing I wish they can add at the entrance gate is the map of the place to make it easier for first time visitors.
The aproach road is not that good.

Update: Parking issue - have to park outside the building and chances to get your vehicle scratched. (experienced this)
Plus no good food facilities nearby.
