No bachelors allowed.
Tenants have to pay hefty security deposits to society other than paid to owner.
Tenants have to pay non refundable money( Rs 2000) to society for shifting in / out of society and even within society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A quaint well planned society off well connected Sus Pashan link road has great tower layout and offers nice amenities, disciplined society and good play area for kinds. It's a society that you can make a home and settle for good given slew of restaurants, schools and good connectivity to Mumbai Pune expressway and prime area like Aundh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are staying in rent from past 16 years in diffrent cities and different parts of Pune.. But this society is the worst with full of mean people.. We have been stayed in this society for almost two years and had very bad experiance in this community. Well long story short if you want to experience bullying this is society for you. Here not only your kids but you yelders also had chance to experiance bullying.. In any society always there are groups but you can experiance the difference when you are not owner and staying here on rent. (not worth of paying 25k rent per month). If you recently shifted here and your kid will come crying home with just one name consider it is start.. - other experiance words, society have ladies group and few uneducated ladies are also part of this group with their husbands handling group chat.. So be careful..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenants have to pay 10 thousand deposit to maintaince office plus 2000 as move in / move out charges. ? else everything is good here..except you and your kids gets bullied by the owners and their kids.. One of the worst neighborhood we stayed in past 20 years of rental living..
