★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S...l...o...w. The ticketing procedure leaves much to be desired. People seemed to be given numbers pretty randomly, not corresponding to the order they arrived. Then too, you can't see what number is currently being served. If you aren't practically at the door, you can't hear when a new number is called.
At least there is a bench to sit on, if you're sharp-eyed enough to spot it because it's partially hidden behind cars in the same parking garage where the tiny office is located.
You leave with a mixed feeling of elation at finally having succeeded in getting what you came along with frustration and disbelief that such simple procedures could be so antiquated, needlessly wasting so much time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really slow service. Visited for aadhar card update. Girl on the desk was busy assisting some relative on phone for half an hour. Then responded that aadhar card service is for few days a week that too for few hours in the morning, and that too on token basis. I really wonder why they call it an e-seva Kendra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s generally open till 4PM. They tend to ask you to come later in the day for any aadhar related work but if you insist they accommodate your appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Costly, no receipts given for payment, no charges list displayed. Accepts only cash so actual payments cannot be tracked. I went for aadhar name change and took 450 rupees, when I checked in local corporators office they are charging rs 50 only.. If you are in very much need then only visit else try first local carporators office near Suryadatta college. Apart from this the ladies are cooperative and gives charges amount before initiating process. They should provide receipts and should display charges list outside.

I had to get my Mobile no. linked with my Aadhar for which they charged 200/- rs where as demographic info change has 50 rs charge. When I enquired about it, the lady at the counter said, we charge 200 as it's not a govt center, however no charges are listed ourside the counter. Real problem started later.. even after 7-8 working days, my no didnt get link so I called up this Aadhar update center where the lady kept telling me.. call me later, share the details on whats app n all..Finally other day she told me (after 2 calls) that my aadhar has got deactivated and for which I again need to visit their center for which again they will charge me 100 rs.. The lady was reluctant to speak and hung the phone thrice, and talked only when I told her about involving Anna (Mr. Dilip Vede Patil) into it. when I asked why was it not informed on the day of linking the phone no, she had no answer. Now I have been told to visit after 4-5 days when their biomatric system starts working... Really useless n pathetic service...Please do not visit them even if u need to get it on urgency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely fraud E Seva Kendra. Visited for some affidavit almost 1.5 weeks over still not done & now their phone no is not working. Also no proper opening and closing time. Complete fraud services. Resp authoriry must take stern action and need to change the agency who is runing this service.
