★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this e-seva Kendra for few documents related to passport, the person sitting at counter was a bit rude but after taking all documents the work was done in about 15-20 days as he informed. The price of same work which I requested was lower at other center. So can try to visit another center if you think it's a bit costly.

Very poor service mujhe to 1 rating bhi nhi dena but ye minimum hai

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The responsible staff is not available, there is some office boy who would ask you to come when the official is there. Moreover they won't answer the call to let us know their convenience. It is more of their seva than the public. Absolutely incompetent and outright rude. They will make you feel just how you are supposed to feel when you think of any government related work. This is where India needs ro improve more than the public these laid back officials need to get their acts right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So bad I'm crying why ,I got there . They charged me 500 hundred rupees only just for account opening .which I could do by myself n they don't even give u all information about ur problem. I don't think just for account opening form it cost 500 rupees. plz I suggest u giving any money to them think twice even more .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged me 100 rupees for phone number updation. Staff was not at all rude and was super polite and helpful i donno if the charges are how they are supposed to be though. He said it will reflect in 4- 5 days

Some points to improve.
1. Not very prompt on service.
2. Not responding on the number provided on notice boards
3. Typical government office type work environment
4. They should have more lights in the facility as photos on affidavits are not clear.
