β β β β β Amba mahotsav (mango festival): Rates are higher than that of wholesalers inside the market and quality is also not upto the mark. As of first weekend of May 2022 there are hardly 2-3 stalls, size of mangoes is small, and looks like old harvest as skin is showing shrinkage.
It's better to go inside the actual market. Retail sale is also done by some of the shops inside. Some sell by kilo, others may have 1 dozen and 2 dozen boxes of hapus as well.
