★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst agency this is ...never experienced this anytime.. bannergatta road gas agencies are to good and responsible guys ..mahabala Indian gas distributor don't have any respect for customers...they keep blaming one after the other delivery guys and keep giving different delivery guys number and keep telling us there is no load coming in ....they come and deliver how ever it is convenient for them .. worst ppl

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked cylinder and made online payment. 3 days latter i received sms stating that my cylinder got delivered (but i did not receive cylinder). When i contacted the gas agency, he told it is software error and he gave the area cylinder delivery boy number, his response is pathetic. I raised compliant at Indion Oil portal (1-525377347306), the response is cylinder is delivered and the ticket is closed. Very worst customer service..The agency is not at all responding..

Mahabala agency has horrible reputation and continues to maintain so. No sense of responsibility. Any new customers if you want to be harrased, kindly connect with this gas agency they will fulfill your wish patiently

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, they don't deliver Gas on time and need to chase them to get delivery but still they do not respond to the call. Almost 20days ago did booking however still not yet delivered. And, they keep on generate new invoice seems like unused cylinder in your quota sold in black market. Better to not choose this distributor unless you want to waste your time
