Mahabodhi Hotel,Resort And Convention Centre - Hariharpur

Worst experience of visiting this hotel. 1. their behaviour was very bad. 2. AC was not working properly. 3. Bell switch was not working. 4. They didn't clean bathroom property. 5. They are not providing food according buffet manu.

Staff behaviour of the Hotel is completely unprofessional. I have booked 3 room for 3 days in hotel with including buffet breakfast & Buffet dinner. Following things I have observed which was really unprofessional, 1. When I have checked in hotel that time no body has briefed about the facility which is included in the package. 2. In a facility they have mentioned complimentary mineral water but when I have asked then they said we provide only one litre mineral water per guest. I asked him, why you have not mentioned same clearly in your contract, then they have not given any clear answer. 3. As per contract there is complementary visit for temple tour. They have given only option for Non-Ac vechiles. During the discussion they replied rudely. 4. 1st day there is no arrangements of buffet dinner and they said I will arrange every things what you need. 1st day they fulfill all the requirements and after completion of food they took my feedback. I have given excellent in all category to the restaurant because they serve properly but very next day there is tremendous changes observed in his behaviour and all the times they have replied rudely and services also not provided what they have provided 1st time. 5. During the breakfast some of the food items was empty and when I have asked to the Restaurant manager to fill the same then they have replied, sorry sir this is over. Same things they replied for some another items, I told you are saying same things again & again, what you are doing here if you unable to serve properly, then he replied, I am here to fill the items in pot if avilable. For out of stock issue you have to talk with operation manager (Hari OM Singh), I called him on his number but non of the time he picked my call. 6. I asked to reception, whom to contact for raising this issue, they have given number of Hari Om Singh (Assistant Manager) but he has not picked call after calling many times. 7. I asked to the reception, kindly provide email ID to AGM or any other higher authority then they said very clearly that our management has given strict order to not share any contact details with any of the customers. 8. As per the procedure when they do checkout in the system then one link comes in message and there they asked to give feedback but the same link I have not received after 5 hours. I have called two times but again and again they are saying due to the system issue feedback message you have not received.

A peaceful place for stay and convention. Food is good and fresh. Fly to Gaya and reach the spot. Don't make the mistake of reaching by road from Patna.

Room bathroom was leaking and water logged. Took me and hour to order food via scan code, which didnt work, asked for hard copy of menu which they said they didnt have, and then finally someone got an old hard copy. They had no chinese option, no prawn etc which i wanted. Finally fed up ordered simple cheese white pasta. They charged 341/- for a 5inch vertical plate pasta, which had no oregano, no herbs, no vegetables. It was just pasta and cheese. Ac wasn’t working and they had to change the switch. No one had even seem these things in room before allotting it. Finally had to get room changed for my 2nd day stay. The public bathroom near reception had no lights and had water logging. Raised all this to reception and operations managers. Didnt get any response for two days. Everyone said they will get back but noonedid. and most horrible experience ever with a hotel. Won’t recommend to anyone..

Overall hotel stay was comfortable.. nice ambience.. courteous staff..Food is good..options in breakfast buffet needs improvement..Also they should provide some basic accommodation for the accompanying driver..

Perfect place for enjoy vacation. If you are searching a hotel near Mahabodhi temple then this one is best option for you. Approx 4-5 Km away from Mahabodhi temple. Food quality is good and ambience of this hotel is also perfect. So, why are you thinking visit this hotel ASAP. Thank you

The ambience of the hotel is excellent. The staff is humble and kind hearted. But the main problem is Central Air Conditioning System is not working. AC is namesake. It was complained to supervisory staff. First they sent one person who presumed to be AC mechanic. Done something here and there. But when there was system failure which we presume that Hotel Management know very well.... Then Manager of the hotel gave us other room. There also, the temperature was same. Ultimately, we requested to cancel our tomorrow's booking, so that we can feel comfortable.

The hotel was awesome... a truly international experience... although it had a few problems like the manager was not very helpful, there were a lot of mosquitoes and restaurant's food was not great but complimentary breakfast was awesome. If you are booking this hotel you must include complimentary breakfast. Even though it had few issues but I'm still giving it 5 star..because of the overall experience.
