Huge parking space is there right outside the temple. Mobile phones are allowed inside the temple premise just make sure not to click pictures inside the main temple as it's forbidden. Had an amazing experience while exploring all the temples around here. Some mini temples are there behind the main temple above the stairs, like Kashi biswanath temple, Budha linga Temple, Narayana temple and Parvati temple.

I love to visit this place for its natural beauty and the ride through the curved roads (ବାର ବାଙ୍କ). You can also go through the stairs that is above 1353+. Before starting into the temple by roads there is a park and it's beautiful.
C	Chiranjib Sahoo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kapilash temple, also known as Mahadev Chandrashekhar temple, situated at a distance of 26 KM from district headquarter in dhenkanal district of odisha, is an important pilgrimage destination in odisha speciality for the shaivite. Locally kapilash is known as kailash of odisha, the second adobe lord Mahadev. The temple is present at the peak of the kapilash hill. There are also other temples, mathas, caves and religious places in the hill. The other temples situated are narayana, biswanath and parabati. Devasava or indrasabha and sita entudisala, a cave where sita gave birth to lava and kusha are other religious places.Lord jagannath is present as parswa devata in entry side wall and the jaga mahana was completely wooden built with fine art forms. There are two approaches to the temple. One is by climbing 1352 steps and the other is through Barabanki or travelling by the twisting way. Beware of monkeys here. Prasad is also available during lunch time. A small zoo and science park is there near the foothill.

As you have to climb a hill through your bike or car or you can climb through a stairs. And at the top of the hill you can find the temple. A very beautiful place and also a great view from the top of the hill. As i shared some pictures so that you can see how beautiful is the scenery and how beautiful is the temple and temple area.
