★ ★ ★ ★ ★ बाणगंगा नदीच्या डाव्या तीरावर हे महादेव मंदिर आहे. येथे जाण्यासाठी नाशिकहून ओझर ला येताना दहाव्या मैलापासून सर्विस रोड ने सरळ रिलायंस पेट्रोल पंप क्रॉस करून पुढे बाणगंगा नदीचा पूल ओलांडून लगेच डाव्या बाजूला वळावे . थोडा झोपडपट्टीचा भाग ओलांडून पुढे साधारण 2 किमी जावे. मंदिराच्या आजूबाजूला थोडी झाडी आहेत. वस्ती आहे. mangal कार्यालयाचा खर्च टाळण्यासाठी काही लॉक या परिसरात विवाह साजरा करतात. मंदिरा समोरच अगदी लागून नाथ संप्रदायाचे स्मशान आहे. तेथे काही जुन्या समाध्या व त्यावर छोटी मंदिरे आढळतात
 This is the Mahadev Temple on the left bank of the river Banganga. To reach here, on the way to Ojhar from Nashik, cross Reliance Petrol Pump straight from Service Road at 10th mile, then cross the river Banganga and turn left immediately. It is about 2 km across a small slum. There are some bushes around the temple. Is inhabited. Some locks celebrate weddings in this area to avoid the expense of the mangal office. Right in front of the temple is the crematorium of Nath Sampradaya. There are some old tombs and small temples on it
