Pros:
1. Quick response to problems, which are usually solved.
2. Cleanliness is maintained because of the good maid in our building (some of their buildings are dirty!)
3. Food is edible, sometimes it's good.
4. They're not money mongers, they're somewhat good people (The owner uncle is very considerate.)
Cons:
1. No dining area or refridgerator.
2. No area for cleaning utensils.
3. They carelessly dump extra things like flush tanks, wash basins, cots on terrace and corridors, which attract cockroaches and deadly insects.
4. Food is just enough to survive, and it's rice 90% of the time. It's not tasty and not nutritious.
5. Food is LIMITED, i.e. if it's tasty, very little food is cooked, and vice versa. It's like a hostel where you're served food.
6. They don't cook foods like paneer AT ALL!
7. Washing machine does not work by itself. It works only if we pour the water in it by ourselves and sit with it the entire time. It's a cheap washing machine that doesn't work and they never fix it no matter what.
8. The washing machine is for all! By all I mean the maids, the male staff and workers and all the people who live in and around the building. There's 1 machine for all.
8. The male workers can freely come and go in the building at all times (except after 10pm). They use the terrace for brushing their teeth and smoking!!
9. The owner (I mean the owner's son) is very rude at times and doesn't know how to speak with girls.
10. The pg is NOT located in a decent area and I wouldn't recommend it.

β β β β β Good facilities, management is very helpful, best in vijayanagar i stayed here for 4 years.
Food 8/10, cleaning 8/10..depends on how we keep the room, maintenance 10/10 they do best possible for any issues overall it's good you can be in peace

β β β β β It's very secure, food was very nice , nice service.. Even during the lock down time it was very helpful and my rent reduction was done and they didn't collect rent from me as we are Army family. We appreciate their service.

with Good food, washing machine, wifi, security and all basic facilities. Owners are humble and responsible. Vicinity of the pg is great and clean. One can really feel Home away from home.

β β β β β unhygienic kitchen. Cleaning is not good and one more thing the owner of this pg, Idiot Vinay didn't return the Advance amount. Trusted him and vacated the room.( Informed in advance). No response even after asking so many times.
