★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked flat in 2015 in Mantra , they committed flat delivery in 2019. We are now in 2020 but there is no hope to deliver home in next 2 year .I gave 3 star due to construction quality but every thing matters when I will start to live in.my dream home.
Mahagun, if you are serious about yours brand image please start deliver project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A NAME THAT DOES NOT PERFORM..
Bought a flat from them in 2015, it was due for possession in 2018 and sitting in 2020 and still I see a long wait to get possession.
Almost 95%of project is sold out and most of buyers have given 90% payment due from their end.. but still with so kuch rigorous follow-ups with the director and construction team, they is hardly any pace in the ongoing work, specially in Mantra 2.
All my money is stuck and the planning has gone for a toss as I have ended up paying both EMI to bank for loan I have taken and rent of the flat where I am staying.
Never expected such response from builder like mahagun.. Their brand value is going to zero level.. They need to show very high level of commitment in the delivery to gain the customer confidence back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyers of Mahagun Mantra are waiting from 8 years to get possession and still waiting. Customer care numbers are ringing but no body pickup. You can send thousand of emails but no reply from them. Mahagun looks very good until you purchase a flat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't believe the paid 5-star reviews, especially in the past 3 years. Their projects are running late by at least 3 years, with no sign of handover. Just like any other builder in NCR. Unexplained delays in construction, refusal to pay pre-EMIs and unresponsive management. Must be enjoying political backing, as even the RERA officials are posing illogical questions and blame the customer rather than helping out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked a flat in Mahagun Mantra 2 in a subvention scheme. The builder has stopped paying the Pre-EMIs which has lead to a big hit on my CIBIL score and now I am having trouble procuring any loan because of this. Worst builder ever.

Marvella project is delayed by 3yrs and staff at site blames builder for not providing fitting equipment. Builder has collected the final payment along with registration charges in Aug 21 however no update on final handover of flat yet .. worst experience and brand name of Mahagun is diluted......
