★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, feeling cheated, possession delivery date shifted many times, still there is no any clearty from mahagun managment, every time false commitment from MD (Mahagun). There is no any sign or force for completing this project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mantra 2 is delayed and it looks like nightmare to get flat. NO delivery , NO commitment. Beaware before taking Mahagun, this has also become bad brand as like other realestate providers. Mahagun has played with it's own name and fame................now it looks as fake and cheat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a Biggest REAL State SCAM. They DO NOT have money to complete this project bcuz they already ROOTED all buyer's hard earned money to their PREMIUM and COMMERCIAL projects.
They are UNABLE to deliver this small project in 10 years. and Now they are not responding to our calls and meetings. Also, they don't have any fear of government. SHAMELESS MAHAGUN #AMITJAIN #ANAME THAT NEVER PERFORMS
Do NOT purchase their property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They simply cheated thousands of buyers. Booked in 2014, documented possession date was 2018. After 2 years I.e in 2020 we are still awaiting the same with no promised or confirmed date. Total 6 years of wait and still counting. Mantra 1 is a sold out project and 95% payment done, still no labour and no end date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MAHA Worst builder i hv ever seen in my life. Strongly committed to (i)make false promises, (ii) not to meet deadlines (iii) play with the hard earned money of salaried community. This builder has no moral and ethical values. He plays with the lives of investors.
I strongly recommend NOT to choose this builder.

Invested in 2016 and was promised possession in 2018
After then only baseless arguments , non sensical promises,
Never ever ever trust this builder.. he is working around on black money only..
Even after taking more than 90% payment from buyers of 95% sold out project, the company director days they have lack of funds, as if he was doing charity and gaining no profit when he was misspelling these flats..
Where did the money go???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the senior administrations including amit jain (owner of mahagun group). They have accepted that they dont have funds and they rooted our money to their Premium Projects.
I strongly believe that they have started Mantra Project, only to laundry money for other Projects.
Its been almost 9-10 years and the Construction is still at 50-60%. Nowhere near to completion even in next more 2 years.
Amaatra and ATS had started their project much later than Mahagun and they are already applied for OC.
