★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I generally don’t give negative remarks about things because i believe that it can just incidental but if I talk about Mahajan cloth house, these people have a very cold attitude towards clients.I would like to quote a few incidents
- A few years ago I bought a fabric which was defected when I went to return they refused to accept that it was bought from them even after showing the bill.
- I recommended this place to my friend and these people sold her artificial crepe at the price of pure fabric.
- after these few incidents I started checking the fabric thoroughly and when I point out they would say , lena hai to lo nahi to rehene do.
- in last one month I must have shopped for more than 20000/- from there shop even after this yesterday the owner’s son spoke so rudely and when I tried to correct him for his behaviour he said, “you always have problem with us”. They should know that no one wants to live with problems.
I many times thought that I will not visit here but because in years I have not looked for any other place in the city so I don’t have idea about other places here so I end up visiting them but yesterday I found out a store right next to there shop and those people were much polite and enthusiastic to help me pick something that I wanted for my dress.
