I went for a function to chandigarh and relative's booked them for us as a night stay so was helpless because of family relations.
If you are planning to stayin there please avoid and book a hotel instead you will find lot of budget hotel in chandigarh

Small hall is available for functions and get together too. Food quality is decent.
